  Friendly service, found some goes clearance items. It location seems a little tired esthetically but there seemed to be plenty of stock and staff to help.

  Never done a review before but I feel as if I need to now. I've grown up and lived in Niagara my whole life and since I was a child I've gone to Toys R Us and loved it. As an adult I'll still look for odd ball figures and grab all my Nintendo games there for the nostalgia. As of now, I have no desire whatsoever to go back in with the lack of respect towards me the customer when it comes to the new management. The last GM I'd have conversations with and felt appreciated now... Exact opposite. There's no staff lines are horrible and if you have an issue, I pray I don't have to deal with the new manager because I might as well of not walked in at all because now I'm leaving with anxiety and treated with very little respect as a repeat customer and absolutely nothing resolved. That's not to say I have many issues but I've had 2 incidents, extremely minor at any other retail that for some reason now are daunting feats. If Toys R Us can see this, let me know if you replace this manager I'd give a name but she refuses to tell me hers otherwise it hurts to say you've lost a customer. Thank you for the fun times but for now, goodbye.

  Once again the manager was super ignorant. I dont know how she is a manager, miserable middle aged woman! They had a male manager there a couple years ago the most pleasent guy and would make you feel valued if your a regular spending like we are! This manager wont bat an eyelash at you and if you have a problem she will give you two words. Tough Luck! No idea how shes still manager with a slew of negative reviews about her below? ABSOLUTELY AWFUL AND RUDE! Never any employees working on floor, phones never answered! BRING BACK THE OLD MANAGER!
