  I have taken my clarinet there to have two pads replaced. After it was all "done" the lower joint didn't pass the compression test as it was hissing like a snake. During the test, one of the pads fell out and the technician was saying that it needs time for the pads to break in. Furthermore, the silver plating was all scratched up along with scratches on the wood and glue leftovers on the keys. The cork job was horrible and the pad sizes were incorrectly chosen. Anyways, this was the most atrocious job on a clarinet I have ever seen!
