- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2020-03-18, by Adrian VicentiniI've been calling for four days and nobody picks up the phone. Mailbox is full. Really wish I could do business with them. I called the Niagara Falls location to ask if they were open and they said yes but they are terrible at picking up the phone. Like really? So I call the Pen Centre location and they have one line that is constantly a busy signal. ONE LINE. So I'm going with Freedom Mobile. 10gb of data for cheap, and they pick up the phone, what a surprise, they want my business.
