  This place honestly saved me from getting horribly ripped off and the guys here were top notch and super nice. I believe the specific guy that helped me was the assistant manager? If you're getting a phone go to THIS BEST BUY not the one on 4th Avenue. I posted my crazy phone nightmare below. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME!!! So here's a little rant and a must read of you're thinking of getting a phone. Yesterday I got a beautiful new phone (Google Pixel 2). And all I can say is DO NOT GO TO THE BEST BUY ON 4TH AVENUE. My whole plan was to go and get my Pixel 2 for 500 dollars to stay on my 65$/month plan (what virgin said I could do) and the guy there (who was the MANAGER btw) said no it's exclusive to virgin website only. (I don't know a lot about phones so I believed him) i was like okay and asked what's the cheapest way I can do this? He said go on a 100$ plan and play 300 up front. I was like... Uh okay and called my brother (cause he knows this stuff well) My bro told me that it didn't make sense and he checked the best buy website and he found that I could actually have my phone for 0$ on a 100$/month plan. I told the guy and he checked and was like "oh sure. Wasn't in my system." I then asked if he could double check to see if he was sure I couldn't stay on my 65$/month plan and just pay more for the phone he said no we definitely couldn't do that. I called my bro back and he told me this all still didn't make sense so he called the other best buy at the pen and they said they can do all that I wanted and they didn't know why the guy was saying I couldn't. They also said they had an even cheaper way of me getting the phone. SO IN THE END I left 4th Ave best buy and went to best buy at the pen and ended up getting my phone for 145$ on a 65$/month plan WHEN I ALMOST PAID 400 FOR A 100 A MONTH PLAN. Thanks to my bro and the other best buy (at the pen) I didn't get absolutely totally ripped off.
