  I stopped by Performance BMW to ask some questions I had as I was thinking of purchasing a car. I was extremely fortunate to meet Joanne Acocella. She answered all of the questions I had in a professional and knowledgeable manner and never once tried to "sell" me anything. Quite the opposite: she was able to educate me. She asked me questions, and made some suggestions I had not thought about. THIS is EXACTLY what I wanted. I left the dealership knowing more than when I walked in and never once felt any of the typical sales pressures one might expect. I was very impressed. I did end up purchasing a car, and not the one I was thinking of. Joanne helped me see that a different model might fit my needs better. She, and the dealership when out of their way to accommodate me in several ways. I can't speak highly enough about BMW Performance and in particular Joanne. I would happily refer anyone looking to purchase a BMW to her.

  Bahador made our 1st BMW buying experience pleasant, painless and pressure-free. His extremely friendly demeanor and attention to detail and professionalism made the whole process very easy. David and the rest of the Performance BMW staff were very friendly and inviting also. I would definitely recommend Performance BMW for your 1st or 21st BMW purchase.
